i got married my husband left me when he landed. i had a friend he stayed over his work visa by a few years, we got closer after my separation and divorce, we fell in love, my husband sponsorship ends next dec, am i allowed to marry again, i know i marriage the wrong man

As mentioned by canuck78, did you at least reported your husband to IRCC that you were a victim of marriage of convenience shortly after his landing?

Fo you mean 3 years from his landing date ends in December. Did you inform IRCC that your husband left you as soon as he landed and that it seems as you were tricked and this was a marriage of convenience?

i called ircc and they said they can't do anything

It will be up to Canada to decide whether they can do anything but reporting needs to happen before the government decides whether they can pursue someone for marriage of convenience. Reportimg that you were the victim of marriage of convenience when he left right after you landed would have been a nice thing to have in your file when your new relationship is evaluated.

Why did he stay over his WP, did he try to extend or switch to visitor status? How long has he remained in Canada without status? Was he already out of status when you started dating or did he lose his status during your relationship? Has he tried to secure PR or another WP via other methods? How long have you been together? It looks that there were concerns about your last relationship and they turned out to be well founded. There will certainly be a lot of scrutiny about your 2nd marriage and whether your 2nd spouse is also getting married to try and remain in Canada. You will be able to attempt to sponsor him. Have you gotten a divorce from your first spouse?

he stayed over since 2016, he has been working, has a car, i knew him before i married my ex husband basically i chose the wrong guy. i knew him from 2018, but we started communicating more since i separated from my ex. but it wasn't until March of this year we started getting serious.

If you have only seriously been dating since March and you are already talking about sponsoring him that is not a very long time and sends out red flags. The fact that he is working illegally isn’t a very strong argument for why he doesn’t need to secure status in Canada. Would suggest you take it slow. if you have only been serious for 2 months that is not a lot of time to be considering the Big commitment of having to sponsor another spouse? You may want to take sponsorship out of the equation for the moment since you can’t sponsor him and see if he is the one focusing on it. Have you gotten divorced from your first husband? Are you also working full-time? Are there other red flags about your relationship? Based on your previous posts it looks like you have 5 children and were older than your previous husband?

first of all you have a few thing wrong, we have been dating more than 2 months known each other 2 years dating dating 6 months. i am divorced, also nothing is definite just asking questions if we were to get married it wouldn't be until late next year, . and were did you get my ex waa younger then my children.

Never said your ex was younger than your children. If you read my post it says that you were younger than your ex. Given that this may be your second sponsorship, that your previous sponsorship ended as soon as your spouse arrived in Canada, that this potential sponsored person hasn't had status for around 5 years there will likely be a lot of scrutiny. Once sponsorship is applied you will also put your boyfriend on the radar as someone out of status and their address. Although you have known someone for years dating someone is viewed differently than knowing someone. Every second sponsorship especially when the first wasn't a relationship where a couple didn't have a long relationship history of being married while living together and the first sponsored partner entered Canada and left the relationship very quickly, is under a lot more scrutiny. Although you may have honest intentions many people do not. If you sponsor you should go into it knowing that it will likely take longer. I would make sure you collect as much proof of a relationship history as possible

He's probably wondering why in the middle of a divorce/breakup having just landed someone would care about who his soon to be "ex" can or can't sponsor. A lot would be devastated and focused on their own issues which would be a lot.

i don't let people put me in depressed mood for long, life us too short, i learn that the hard way. everyone deserves to be loved, i know people who married twice in 5 years by sponsoring there spouse abd get through. we have to think positively and trust in God

How did she became a PR after studying in Canada for only 1 semester?

If she sponsored her ex husband, she cannot sponsor another spouse within the 3 years of her ex husband's landing day.
If it's more than 3 years, she can sponsor a new spouse. But be prepared for a more detail check of the relationship because she is going into relationships quickly.
