Second IEC Work Holiday Visa, Australia

I am an Australian living in Canada currently.

I got the Work holiday visa in feb 2014 for 2 years, once that expired I got a Student visa for the past 2 years, my student visa is ending in june 2018 and I applied for a second Work Holiday Visa (still in the pool)

I know the CIC website says you can get a second Work holiday visa only if you participated before 2015.

My question is:
Does the participation date mean when you received your visa? or up till it expired? as it was issued in 2014 for 24 months.

Second question:
Are there any Australians here who have got a SECOND work holiday visa after the date of 2015?

Third Question:
does it affect my chance of getting one? (Last in Line?)

It's issue date - so you qualify for another.
