Second diploma

I finish a one year diploma, got my one year open work permit, but couldnt find a job right away, so the time will not be enough to get the canadian experience of one year work.

Can i go back to college for another year to finish another diploma course and get another year open work permit or this isnt allowed.

You will not qualify for another open work permit. You can only hold one PGWP in your lifetime.
