You did'nt mention your educational percentages & IELTS score
I think your course selection is appropriate as Commerce, Business graduate can go for marketing, sales cources
But there is no ennough time for applying again as your colleges are statring from 31st Aug
But its on your luck, one of my cousins got visa in 4 days (2years ago, who applied after 10th aug)

BTW even I am trying for Lambton College, Toronto.
I have applied for Study Visa (Paper Based Application, General Category) on 31'st Jult'15 from Hyderabad VFS & application goes to Bangalore

Earlier I had applied under SPP category on 23rd June'15 and i got my passport on 14th July'15 stating that my application is refused on the basis of other reasons i.e "Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies and academic record, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans"

My Profile is:
- IELTS : 6.5 Bands (L-8.5, S-6, W-6, R-5.5)
- 10th: 58% / 12th: 55% / B.com: 71% (Quite poor in studies till 12th but worked hard in B.com)
- 11months of experience as a Claims Associate in UnitedHealth Group
- Applied for "Financial Planning & Wealth Management" course in Lambton College, Toronto
- Paid GIC & 1st Sem Fees // Now in my 2nd application I have also shown Parents ITR (Income Tax Returns), 12 lacks of education loan, C.A Report showing Parents savings & Fixed Assets
- And in the Cover Letter I explained why the previous refusal is not relevant to my profile and explained my circumstances
