Dear Idris_halai,

True update, Once 120 days elapsed and docs not sent to CHC, the file is closed.

Do not cultivate false hopes.

Need to re-apply to NS, Sydney.

it has more than 2 months since we sent our application to CIC, and we are still waiting for the reply from CIC.

All the waiting is getting very worrying, not knowing if we passed or failed. What do we do now?

hi frens,

Any updates ecas or AOR?

Nothing at my end... Just checked the ECAS... Still reading the same old first AOR update... :(

hi frens

Coincidentally I received the same reply!! :o

Hi,
I have also sent an enquiry to CHC Damascus and this is their Automatic reply:

Consult our website, www.syria.gc.ca, which answers many frequently asked
questions. We will respond only to specific case related questions that
are not addressed on the website it may take few weeks before you receive
an answer ; do not send repeated E-mails . We do not acknowledge the
receipt of documents.

In the FAQ section of the site it mentions that it may take up to 3 months for the 2nd file number.
Isn't it too long?!?!? This means in case of any problem by the time you get to know, you have missed your 120-day deadline.
I guess we have to wait and see.
Any idea?

Hello Everyone,

How long it takes to get medical request after sending your full documents?

Regards

"Isn't it too long?!?!? This means in case of any problem by the time you get to know you it have missed your 120-day deadline."

Arashtdii u r right ..I am worried abt the same issue...

Lets see,

@ chauhans - when did you get the reply ?

I got my reply last week but they took like 3 weeks to reply!!

I guess 120 days is a deadline to send your full application and once it is received by their offices the deadline gets over? Not sure though?
