Don’t think there are masters in interior design. Believe interior design is usually a college course.

Canuck is right. There is only Master's in Arctitecture

To my surprised, I found that University of Manitoba has a Master of Interior design program.
It's under the Faculty of Architecture though.

I didn't think this exist but it does. So may be other universities have this degree as well.
