They ask for the original transcript in a university sealed envelop not notarized copy.

Some people might say that they have sent notarized copies and it worked with them because it depends on the immigration officer who processes your application whether he is satisfied with the notarized copies or not. If not, he will ask you to send the originals. Therefore, to be in the safe side and save your time, try to get the original transcript in the university sealed envelop.

I applied through a consultant and they asked me to send only notarized copies of my transcripts. I have passed the eligibility review and I have just received my medicals request letter.

Although, I agree with the post above. It is better to be safe than sorry. I may have been lucky that the IO accepted my transcripts but I would not have taken that chance if I had known that they ask for the originals in a sealed envelope in the first place.

There is no single case where application has been rejected for providing notarised educational records.
notarised stuffs delay the process. there are many many colleges and universites who issue certs transcripts only once. Nowadays US Style colleges and Universities provide originals after the convocation and then student can obtail subsequent official copies if paid a certain amount to the Registrar Office.

But I'd strictly follow anything written on Visa Office Guide.

can i send my open original transcript without sealed one to CHC SINGAPORE????will it work n when they will back????

sr members pls clearify me,,,,,,,

Dear Mr. Ripon,

Are you applying through any Consultants of Self?

If Self plz take a close help with senoirs

Ripon,

Try to follow as much as possible as the visa office spec guide.
They said Sealed Envelope, CHC Singapore has full right to return back your appplication if they dont find it. I have heard they accepted notarized copies, but that creates delay of processing. Moreover, I have talked to many who sent files to SG office, they all said that they sent Sealed of bachelors and Masters to CHC SG.
