Where did you both applied to in canada? I mean which city and what college? And and what time did he recieved his correspondence letter tell me the time zone as well so I can convert in mine.

You will get it by Feb End or March start then just guessing
Cause they try to give decisions close to course start date to avoid early entry in the country.

I sent them a web form last month as I made a mistake in my name it was repeated twice by me in the given name and family name as well, I got a reply after my biometric that I don't have to worry they will follow the name on passport so yeah they do reply, they received it means they are working on it due to large number of backlog.
