You know what some people are lucky, they applied on the Oct 17th, 21st, and 23rd, and they got their PPRs
Well you live in South Africa so you are not processed under SDS. SDS is based on where you live, not nationality. If you applied in September you are well within regular processing times. You have posted all your questions under SDS but you are not eligible for SDS.
No here actually when we get our biometrics done, they paste the receipt behind passport telling that it's valid for 10 years
Exactly. Many knowns of mine as well got the mail in just 15-20 days.
