Applied on 20th May with upfront medical & Biometrics updated on 24th May for Fall 22 (SDS).
No updates as of yet..
Good to see students from Pakistan getting their visas approved quickly. Hopefully, the same trend starts for Indian students as well.

BIL May 18 for primary applicant, May 19 for spouse
Submitted biometrics on May 24 for both of us
Today (or perhaps yesterday, I haven't been obsessively checking the status recently as I did when I'd just submitted
) my status changed from "Your action is required" to "Submitted" so there's a very tiny bit of progress, I guess?

Congrats to everyone getting their student visa acceptances- its really motivating to see that IRCC is on it and people are actually getting their visas on time!
Though i think most Indian students are still facing issues. I finished my biometrics on June 14th and have applied via Student Direct Stream...really hoping to get my visa by aug end latest as class start on Sept 06th!
Has anyone applied around the same time and is worried just like me? please tell me im not alone! :O

That was something before covid. Now they have backlogs nearly 200,000 cases. So, 12-14 weeks are the length of time you should expect.Via SDS?
