Hi all, we just got our immigration number in the post and confirmation that CIC have cashed our draft :D
We only sent it 3 weeks ago, and we now have a live application number.

So step 1 took 3 weeks, what now ? how long do you guys think we will need to wait for the next step ?
and what is the next step ? on the letter we got back with the reciept for our draft it says
" Please do not contact us for 48 months " is that right ! 4 years !!!! :-[ :-[

Cheers Guys

Assuming you applied as Entrepreneurs via London, their published processing time is 39-56 months. So you will be waiting, about 3 years before they request further documents/medicals.

WOW.....................3/4 years thats a life time, you would think that they would understand that a day can be a lifetime in business, you would think that in these times of economic freefall they would welcome people who make jobs and pay (huge) taxes, I think the only way to do this is to put the hole thing to the back of your mind and get on with running your companys until the powers that be get round to asking for more information. I take it they just assume business people can forecast 3/4 years in advance, How can you start selling business assets and companys when you dont know when you might get to go
