You need to be equal to or greater than the cut-off to receive ITA. if you are 1 point less , then you won't get an ITA

You can try increasing your score by performing better in your language tests [sorry, if you already have the best you could have] or taking another language test [say for eg: French]

lowest score at the moment is 450, best to aim for that instead of 400. good luck!
