Hello! I'm currently researching possibles secondaries schools in Canada for international students. Before e-mailing them to ask about possible scholarships, I would want to know if it is even possible for a Canadian secondary public school offer scholarships to poorer international students.

Are you asking about secondary school (high school) or post secondary school?

To answer your question, scholarships to international students are generally available only at the PhD and Master's level. You won't find scholarships at the secondary (high school) level.
