Hi guys, I've submitted Schedule A a couple weeks ago via email (validated the form, signed my signature and scanned), and yesterday I received a new email from CIC stating that I need to send three more additional documents (Schedule A, Police Certificate, Military Records). Not too sure why they requested me to send Schedule A again, but this time the form they linked seems outdated. A couple weeks ago, I used the most recent one from their website to submit. So here are my questions.
1. What's the purpose of asking me to resubmit Schedule A with an outdated form? Can I reuse and resubmit the one I submitted before?
2. Regarding the police certificate, a police certifiate is required from the country in which you have spent the majority of your adult life (since the age of 18), I've spent the majority of my adult life in Canada than in South Korea. So I went to RCMP to obtain it today, but they refused saying that I don't need to submit the one from Canada and instead I can submit the one I got it from South Korea. Is this true?
3. Regarding the military records, A certified copy of Military records, CIC attached this as well. Do I also need to get a certified copy of military records from South Korea? I've never heard of this before so I am a bit confused.
4. Seems like CIC wants me to submit all these via online, Please send the requested information / document(s) and all future inquiries with respect to your application via the Case Specific Enquiry form at the following link: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx, but in the email, CIC also mentions that I need to submit forms via mail - this must be received at this office by: 2018/03/26. Does this mean I have to submit them via both online and mail? and they didn't mention where to send it as well.
