Schedule A Request... for primary or for both?

Hello friends,
My AOR is 2/14/2018. I'm at IP2 stage.
I just got a request for Schedule A and Supplementary Student Info Form. However I'm confused whether this request is for the primary or for both primary and dependent. Is there a way to tell? My dependent's name did not even appear in this message. Below is the message:

Another weird thing about my application is that, 2 days ago CIC has already requested me to pay the RPRF (I didn't pay upfront) and I paid.... Really confused.

One copy of the IMM5669 form is filled and signed by the principal applicant as accounting for himself and all dependents included in the application, and then a separate copy of the form is filed and signed by each family member as accounting for themselves.
