I have filed an outland spousal sponsorship and I was asked to re-submit Schedule A IMM5669 recently. I received a post-grad offer but I hold a work visa in Canada. ( my visa prohibts my study )
Will my application be refused for misrepresentation because I attached the Canadian grad-school offer with my schedule A where I declared myself as a worker instead of educational activity as a student.
Will IRCC scrutinize my application on the ground I attached a post-grad offer letter? (I'm not so familiar with the study permit but I want to clarify I'm not breaching my work permit )
any thoughts on this?
