Schedule a mail or upload? i passed the due date!

i was checking the my email today and realized i missed an email from CIC regarding Proof of Cohabitation: Documents supporting 1 year of cohabitation, prior to the
application being submitted (April 2017 onwards). This must be received at this office by: 2019/05/06


and
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration
form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature This must be received at this office by: 2019/05/02

i already uploaded the schedule A to my CIC account but i dont understand do they want newly printed and signed one to send to the CIC office? im going crazy because we thought uploading is just fine and did not see this email. They also want proof of cohabitation from april 2017 and my hubby has no bill since then and all his ids are expired. what should we do beside calling the IRCC tomorrow morning! Any help would be greatly apperacited.!

It doesn't matter if ID is expired, it just needs to have the same address

The problem is all his id's are expired and he's out of status. We were only able to to open joint account currently because they didn't open before. And wife added my name under the utility bill right after we got married. They also requested the imm5669 bearing original signature but i filled up the eimm5669 schedule a submitted last month via gckey upload. Do they require to print sign and scan then send them after?

Surely you have more than this. A single utility bill and a joint account will not be sufficient to prove 1 year of cohabitation.

Do you both get mail at the address? Mail doesn't have to have both names on it, just each of you needs to have a years' worth of proof.

My wife does but i don't have any mails except utility and recently opened joint account. Also tax filed mails from government only for this year. What should we do? Can you please explain about imm5669 schedule a as well? Which one is correct one to fill. Thank you for your time

You need to find more proof of cohabitation. Your application can be refused for that, unfortunately.

Did you apply as common-law?

No we applied as married and inland spouse sponsorship . Unfortunately we can't provide more than this because we don't have. I'm so stressed and don't know what to do. Just wrote explanation letter yesterday via web form hopefully that will help.

I am exactly the same as your husband!. All my ids are expired i don’t have any address while i’m leaving here iny common law partner house i dont use my name when i’m ordering some stuffs in online buying just my boyfriend’s name i never used my bank card here we don’t have any joint account and i’m not in the house bills. I live here out of status already so i cannot provide anything i just had a explanation letter and i explained everything what happened in my life while i’m out of status. They believe that we are geniune relationship.the best officer who handle my case believe on what i provided. I got a very good heart officer in my case.

We all warned you this would be a very difficult application and having a baby would not be a good idea for many reasons including for financial reasons since your wife also recently finished bankruptcy procedures. I would be saving every penny possible. What happens if you haven’t been approved by the time the baby arrives? Mat leave doesn’t cover rent in most places. Your wife will have to contemplate returning to work soon after delivery and hope that you can remain in Canada and provide childcare. What happens if you do get deported? On 50K it is usually tough to afford daycare so going back to work but may not be possible But living off mat leave may not be possible as well. Hopefully you have family that can provide extra financial support if needed.

i know you all warned us but we decided to have a baby out of love not for the application. There are some private reasons as well(not related to our case, its just personal) to be honest we do not know what to do next besides seeing MP in our area. Mat will covers everything except food or 2 bills (utility and car expenses) you are very expert user Canuck78. what would you recommend us to do? We are so desperate right now. As i am going to be a Father and its my first child. I am so excited but in the same time so scared. Maybe timing was wrong maybe everything was wrong but me and my wife wanted to have a baby together especially me. Failed refugee claimant,marriage and sponsorship breakdown and now it is my second marriage with love plus a fruit of love a baby coming. I feel like a lost ship in the ocean...
