We were asked to submit Schedule A with the note that it had to be received within 30 days. We uploaded it to MYCIC same day as requested but 30 days passed with no status of it being received (only says it was provided) Then status changed to OVERDUE and we were requested to submit it AGAIN. Now there is only 9 days before this one expires too, like the first, it just says provided, not received or processing.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? And what to do? What will happen if it expires again?
 
Upload it again via CSE (Case Specific Enquiry). See link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Attach as pdf and include the note requesting the form as part of pdf.

Make sure to include the application number and UCI for principal applicant. Advise them that you did send via MyCIC.

Keep the confirmation e-mail that IRCC sends to you and then contact IRCC call center in 10 days to see if there is a note on file indicating it was received.

Hey do you mind providing what the request looked like, i am not seeing any request for Schedule A and when did you receive it after linking your account or after medical etc. ?

Thank you for the advice but when I go to CSE, the form asks if I submitted a paper application to an office outside Canada so I choose YES because I am the in Philippines, but then later it asks my relationship to the APPLICANT which makes no sense because I am the applicant.

The request was emailed after getting AOR (before Sponsor approval) Yes after linking account. This is an excerpt

This refers to your Application for permanent residence under the Family Class or under the Spouse
or Common-law Partner in Canada class.
We require the following item(s) to continue processing your application:
• You must complete the Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form which is found at
the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/eIMM5669E.pdf
You and all of your family members aged 18 or older (if applicable) must submit this form. The
document must be received at this office by 2017/02/23.
 
I think youre not following the steps all tge way through. You need to make sure you select submit to ircc - try doing it again and it will say replacement provided

At MyCic, the status already says replacement provided and that the file has been uploaded but it never changes. After 30 days it changes to Overdue.
We were asked to submit it again on April 11 and again says replacement provided.. and not changing. In a week or so it will expire again if it doesn't change.

I did contact them and emailed the file again with an explanation but they just reply with an automated response.
The worry is it will expire again and that we will then have to submit again for a third time!

odd -- mine doesnt do that i would submit a technical issue because thats not right
 
I had a request back in Nov for new pictures. I sent them back in Nov via post. If i go to my application where you can upload it still says overdue. My application has been progressing so im guessing that they receieved it and just didnt update that part of the system (which i hear is very common).

I never got confirmation they recieved it either. The whole process is very lacks in terms of people applying before others and getting approved first / loosing docs / requesting doc.

Its like a rollercoaster... Once it starts you have no control and you just have to sit and enjoy the ride.

I know what you mean and I can't wait to get off the coaster. I am dizzy now. :(
