Schedule A forms

I have just received the following from LVO.

Further to our request below, this email serves as a second request for the following which should be scanned and emailed to this office within 5 days:

-accurately completed Schedule A forms for you and your spouse **the forms recently submitted show gaps in the dates in questions 8 and 12 for both you and your spouse, despite our specific request that there be no gaps in dates (see email below)**

Please ensure you forward accurately completed forms without further delay.

Please suggest if I leave a job in May'2012 and start another in Jun'2012, will it be considered a gap in date. How to comply their instructions when I have already put connected dates like above.

You need to write "UNEMPLOYED" for balance period

True. Or whatever like...stayed home...studied..sick or whatever you were doing during that period.
