hi Friends,

In the Schedule A form - background/declartion, for sections 7. Education and 8.personal history.
there is not enough space/characters provided to mention the complete names of of the institution or type of certification. same goes for the name of the company column in section 8.

What should I do here?
shall I put a separate attachment(page with this) and put all the detailed information for section 7 and 8 there? and just mention refer to this attachment in the actual section 7 and 8 of the form
or
abbreviations are allowed in sections 7 and 8?

please advise.

Yes, you can include the information in additional sheets wherever necessary. Put down form number, your name and UCI on the additional paper.
