Schedule A Background Declaration

To All the above Experts in this group. Your advise has always been highly accurate and Helpful .

So i am once again posting this query to you guys. Kindly Advise.

I recieved a Schedule A -imm5669E form . But i believe that i have filled all the details accurately in my application. Not sure why i got this.

Also i am not sure how to fill the Education Section.
Secondary Education - +1 and +2
Primary Education - Class 1 to Class 10
College - 4 years degree.
Total - 16 years of formal education

Also, they had asked for the last 10 years address, i had filled more than 10. This could also be an issue.
CIC guys have mentioned nothing as to what info they want from me, they have just send m this form to fill.


Please advise, as that can be really helpfull.

Only thing that i could find was that i had some overlapping periods in my address history. Maybe this could be the reason, but i am not sure. According to me i had left no loophole in providing any information.

Are you applying under PNP or FSW?

This is nothing to be concerned about. This usually happens when there is a gap or certain aspect of your application not clear, IRCC will send your the Sec A. Just go ahead and fill it and send it across.

I am applying under FSW, you are right
