march 22, 2015- received ITA
may 3, 2015- documents submitted
may 3, 2015- AOR
may 9, 2015- medical passed
july 24, 2015- review of submitted documents quote as 'PROVIDED"
july 24, 2015- schedule A REQUESTED
july 25, 2015- schedule A SUBMITTED

BG CHECK- IN PROGRESS
DECISION MADE- NOT YET REACH

Anyone who has the same which was requested to provide SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND DECLARATION? care to share please your timeline of PPR.

i received the request july 24, 2015 and send it like 12midnight july 25 already and the date they gave me was until july 31, august 5 i received an email like " ghost email maybe" saying my file had been updated"

I was asked for schedule a last july 31 and i uploded the same day. Ppr is about to come. Have faith buddy and keep believing

3 months and 4 days and still counting. praying for a positive update by next week. No any primary documents requested than the Replacement document which is SCHEDULE A IMM 5669.

they gave me 23rd august as the last date... i dont know if they would reopen my file after that..

SCHEDULE A is IMM5669 shich is the background declaration. not so sure of the B that youre referring

ah alright, because in my case, they had given me only 7 days to submit it so i did it right away, just like few hours to avoid any delays. for the RPRF, i had paid it already together with the processing fee, upon submitting all the documents

it depends, sometimes they asked and sometimes they won't. In my case, i had completed all the primary documents they required to make sure there is no any delays. and they want me to provide the SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORM as a REPLACEMENT DOCUMENT. Its actually the same in what you filled up online on the addresses, experience/activities part ( i am the principal applicant), together with my educational background

Hey guys, those of you that were asked to upload Schedule A....The request letter from CIC said to fill out new form with original signature to include personal, address and travel history. The sch A form I submitted did not have a travel history section but has education instead. Should I have also submitted the supplementary travels form even though it was not mentioned in the request letter?

just send the FORM they had requested from you. there's no travel history requested there, but it has your addresses you need to fill up..
