hello,

I have submitted the application package for my wife sponsorship (outland) in may.

The request for medical exam came and she did her exam and passed it in late June.
I waited the requests for Schedule A and PCC like a good boy and nothing came till last week.

Last week, I got an email from Mississauga Office saying that we must complete Schedule A and send it via email. I quickly fill them out and sent it the day after. Weird part is that there is no request in the CIC account page.

My questions are:
1) something is not out of normal, right?
Should Schedule A and PCC had been uploaded vis Web form even without a request?
2) Should I now upload PCC via webform or should I wait for another request from the office?
3) In the personal history section of Schedule A, we made a mistake and put old dates first and recent dates last. (No gaps in the time line though)
Can this cause problem and be a reason for a re-submission of Schedule A?
4) Soon after we sent the application package, we found out we are having a baby.
Should this information be conveyed to the immigration office?

from what I found out this forum that people who submitted around same time as me got decision made, AOR2, and started background checks.
We are very worried with our application package progress.

If anyone with information or has experienced similar as we are experiencing, your input will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

You can tell ircc about the baby. They will ask for proof. This will nto soeed up processing of the application

If there are instructions where to send the info requested send it there. No one application is the same as another and they are all processed differently. Dont compare your app to others

IRCC unfortunately has a lot of communication glitches. Many people have waited (including me) for Sched A and PCC requests and never got them. Just upload it all. If you made a mistake, upload updated versions. I believe they need a paper copy of Sched A, you may need to mail that in.

Your baby is likely Canadian due to sponsor. You need to tell them about it but it should not impact your application at all.

Unfortunately there is not much you can do with communication glitches. We were waiting to get our RCMP fingerprint certificate request for the longest time and it never came. I was pretty sure we needed it. However, I didn't want to randomly send in the certificate we got beforehand in anticipation. We waited until we got our GCMS notes about 7 months after we applied and saw in the notes that they had requested it, but not email was ever sent to us. We emailed the VO and 4 days later we received an email requesting it. Obviously there was some communication lapse and we were supposed to probably get it around the time they requested Schedule A info as the due date on the GCMS notes was for April 1, 2017. We were kind of upset, as this may have added some delays to processing, but there was nothing we could do. We were really glad we ordered the notes because if not, who knows when they would have asked for it (maybe they didn't move ahead because they were waiting for the notes).

I would email the schedule A as they requested. We never saw a request for the RCMP certificate either and that was sent out more than 2 months ago. Our app is still at the eligibility review stage and they haven't really started the criminality nor security review. We are January applicants.

I got my wife's PCC back in June and ready to submit as soon as i receive an request to do so.
But it was three months old already and today i went to police station and got a new one.
I just submitted PCC and inform them of pregnancy via webform.

I really didnt want to provide IRCC with information that they are yet to request.
but this cant be delayed any longer.

I hope this will get me back on the tract.

I again thank you for ur input.

Thank you for sharing your information.

My thinking process was exactly same as yours.
I didnt want to randomly send docs to IRCC without a proper request.
but after three months of waiting and reading about progress of other applications, i knew something was off.
I dont want to be the one who rushes the process or find ways to speed up the process.
I would have been more than happy if my application process is just as what it stated in the guidelines they provide on IRCC site.

I just sent them the PCC and Sch A is already sent via email.
Now i guess another round of waiting game has started.

I again thank you for sharing your progress and wish your application moves smoothly through the process.

I wish that we could all be processed without any of these glitches, but unfortunately, sometimes due to inconsistencies with how the Mississauga office and the VO communicates, things can get forgotten and also the process is subject to human error so that some of us have our apps processed faster and others slower, even if there are no major red flags or complications.

Thanks for your post and I hope your app also moves through smoothly from this point on!
