Schedule A and IMM5562E

I just received a mail from CIC and it says

Updated and accurately completed Schedule A and IMM5562E forms for you and your spouse since March 2017. These forms may be downloaded from ourwebsite http://www.cic.gc.ca **

This means that I don't have to fill in any details on these forms for durations earlier than March 2007. Please some one confirm me, if I am right or not.

Now I am confused. there is a catch, I submitted CIC my complete information since birth till March 2017 when I submitted my application and received AOR two months later in May, 2017. Now they ask for updated forms and the instructions from CIC clearly says "since March 2017". this means that already have previous information and they just need an update.

Just submit the info for the period they've asked for. Mention in the LOE that you've only been asked for data since Mar 2017. Previous data has already been provided. If required again, you'd be happy to fill it again.
