Schedule 4 Not Needed?

I ordered my GCMS notes about a month ago and upon reviewing them, I see a space for Schedule 4, but I haven't been asked for it from CIC. Should I raise a CSE and provide it? Or wait until I'm asked for it?

I've had a Program Analyst, Case Analyst and Officer review and note my application and R10 is complete as per the notes and I'm Recommended Passed with Security Not Started.

Any help or guidance you guys can provide is greatly appreciated!
