well a resident visa is technically different then an IEC work permit is it not? so when i saw question 2 on express entry it said permit so i said i would tick that one. now on scd a it does not have the same question. which has me feeling kind of screwed over.
I am from europe now on an lmia in canada.

Temporary resident visa (TRV) is the one which one needs to enter into Canada. It is needed if the person is from a non visa exempt country. Some countries have agreement with Canada where people don't need a TRV to enter into Canada. Immigration officer decides at POE whether to allow the person or not on the basis of purpose of visit.

6-e) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country? - this is in SCH 4 QUESTION
but EE Question is slightly different
Has person ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or
any other country?: = EE Question

I answered YES to EE Entry question, but SHOULD i ans No to SCH 4 question as I was not refused admission to or ordered to leave USA. I was denied H1-B (refused a visa or permit)
