ECAS is updated today with a 5th line mentioning the Oath date

I can't believe the oath is real...was checking my email today to see if there's a followup saying the invite was sent in error or something..!

ECas updated my as well today.

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on October 16, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on November 8, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on November 22, 2017.
4. We sent you a notice on May 1, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on May 14, 2018 at 11:45 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
5. We sent you a notice on June 21, 2018 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on July 17, 2018 at 8:30 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

I am from Stouffville, just north of Markham and have not received anything. There is a York region thread and none of us got the Markham Canada day invite.

Congratulations! I think Scarborough is a little late in sending emails from the ecas update.
my ECAS showed that they sent me request to appear for Citizenship exam on Jan 12th but I have only received the email on Jan 16th. so I figured there is a delay in between.

I think the % of Oath invites received for October applicants is a good indicator on what to expect for November applicants, right now its sitting at 45%...probably when it goes up to about 65-70% or so, you'll then start seeing some invites coming out for November too, maybe towards mid august timeframe.

If i have booked my holiday can I put it under URGENT passport processing ?

When do you need to travel? CIC usually says to wait 2-3 day before applying. You can bring your tickets/booking and ask for urgent processing, you just have to pay extra. They might even have the passport ready for pick up the next business day or in 2 days. Just make sure your guarantor and reference people are aware someone could contact them and that they will answer the phone.

I just got a phone call as well as e mail stating that Oath ceremony on Canada day has shifted from Amesbury Park,1565 Lawrence Avenue West, North York, Ontario, M6L 1A8 to Speducci Restaurant,46 Milford Avenue,Toronto ON, M6M 2V8 at 9-30am on 2018/07/01 (yyyy/mm/dd).

Any one from this forum got such notice or phone call?
