Hello - I am looking to find some answers for a worker I work with.
He is currently a TFW in BC through the SWAP (Seasonal Agriculture Worker Program) and his employer is now looking to extend his visa through the Agriculture Stream. Does this mean the employer has to get another positive LMIA even though he is already inside Canada working currently under the SWAP?
