Saudi based PNP applicants who submitted their files to CIO

I have a btech degree in computer science engineering working on SW development but my company is issuing the experience letter designated as IT engineer .Will it make any effect?

Job description will matter to decide your designated NOC regardless of your job title.

I don't think it is possible.
Why you not look for other provinces for PNP or try to acquire some job offer from Canadian employer.
Don't put all eggs in one basket.

I had applied under Nova Scotia program on 18 Jan 2015 but still no response from Immigration office. Normally how much time they will take?

You can know only by tracking number of courier through which you submit your application.
There is no other way and if you are PNP Nominee then don't expect very fast reply....still October
applicants are getting file numbers so its long wait to get any reply from CIO NS.

if you are PNP Nominee then don't expect very fast reply....still end of October applicants are getting file numbers so its long wait to get any reply from CIO NS.
