Passport you can get embassy in Riyadh but BC from Saudi Civil Affairs office in you area, you need to translate and attest the BC copy.

You have to simply go to your bank branch and request the teller to issue a bank draft for Canadian Dollars XX in favor of THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA. It must be drawn on any bank branch in Canada. You do not need to tell them the specific branch name/address in Canada. Your bank will know what to do as issuing bank drafts is a routine transaction for banks.

After obtaining the bank draft, write your name and application number on its back and dispatch to visa office.

my question is about notarized copy of some documents
is it mandatory for all documents that included in my application to be notarized ?
for example my passport copy and my identity card and the document that prove my uncle is Canadian like lease contract or vise card statements ??

Hi, went today and got my DD issued. Very simple procedure actually. Didn't think it would be that easy

Now regarding this "write your name and application number". I never heard or read this before. Are you sure of this. I don't think you need to write anything on the DD, you just attach it as it is with your application.

Can someone confirm please

Writing the name etc at the back of the draft is just a precaution so that your draft does not get misplaced in the visa office. It is also advised by the visa office themselves. See instructions:

I know that no body knows what will be the criteria of selection the applications but in current scenario I don't think I can gather all documents and apply in current system. i am on the same boat. in my opinion you should try hard and gather documents to submit for FSW stream. because if some how you didnt qualify for express entry stream you will regret this chance that you have right now.
