Hi just want to ask if for example i will request for a bankdraft @ sabb now but the money will bev deposited next week on my account. is it ok?

i doubt they will issue you draft without having balance in your a/c

You must have the required amount in your account. I also made the draft few days ago from sabb.

Another Question...I am an accompanying spouse and my wife is the principal applicant, but i am the one that has an account on sabb. Is it possible if i will named the bankdraft after my wife even if i'm the one who has account on sabb? my wife's account is samba...i'm not sure if they issue a bankdraft that can be drawn on canadian bank..

Hi jemglaihkeyshia

It doesnt matter you can make the draft from any bank account for any applicant. There is no such things on bank drafts.

It doesn't matter. Your case is same as mine. My wife is also the principle applicant and iam the one with bank account. The bank will never ever ask you such a qestion and details. U just have to fill a form and make the require amount draft.

Yes, he's right.
Nobody will ask you about these things. If you've account you can prepare a DD under your spouse name no worries.

If bank gives you DD it means that you will get it cashed in Canada.

Hi my husband is in Saudi Arabia but our VO is in Manila... my question is.. If the VO manila will request for his passport can he submit his passport at Riyadh VO with his request letter from VO manila?
Any applicants here who had experience this situation?

in my case i got it email msg to go and collect it personally from DQ riyadh

In Jeddah, fingerprint dept. is Television Street. They receive between 8 am to 11 am.

The whole process for Saudi PCC is as follows:
1. Take the Letter from the Canadian Consul-General Office on Madina Road in Ali Reza Bldg.
2. With the letter from Canadian Consul-General Office you will go to the ministry of foreign affairs in balad, you stamp it and pay 30 riyals.
3. Then, you go to fingerprint dept. in Television Street. You present this paper with 2 photos, a copy of your iqama, and your fingerprints.
4. After 2 weeks, you will come and take the pcc.
5. Take the PCC to any licensed translator office to get it translated to English. You pay SR 75 to 100 for it.

I got a email after 2-3 days asking if they should send it via Aramex or normal post. The normal post takes time and via Aramex it reaches the next day and you need to pay the courier charges once you get it.

I need to know the process to apply Saudi Arabia PCC just to be ready in time.Sent an email to riyadh.visa@international.gc.ca ,they replied mentioning that you should contact LVO by sending Case specific enquiry..

Please advise ,In your case did you already received MR/PCC request from LVO before getting letter from Riyadh Embassy ?
