On login to SINP portal, I'm seeing a window/screen for 'Authority to Disclose Personal Information' but not seeing any option to "Agree" or "Disagree" the terms.. Any Suggestions.??

That's okay, you don't have to do anything. It was same for mine. It shows up so you read it thats all
