Don't mind, just to know, then what's the difference between "Regular Mail" and courier? According to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/offices/case-processing-centre-sydney-nova-scotia.html documents supposed to be send to below address which is actually "Regular Mail" address.
