I have arranged the required forms for applying for SINP PNP, I have also started the application process to get an ECA but I believe this may take a long time.

Question - can I submit my application for SINP PNP without an ECA?

The SINP 2015 Without job offer was cap reached after 1 hour since starting on JAN 2 8:00 AM . Besides, you have to provide ESA for your educational certificate in both PNP and FSW EE . If you need more information , send me PM .

,They will announce 2016 SINP without job offer on Dec 20 . you should prepare all updated required documents by that time . I think it is better to work on Express entry 2015 instead of this program . Saskatchewan province will nominate 1000 applicant via EE . The selection system may collect lucky applicant by the end of Jan 2015,so hurry up for making profile .
