Dear All,

How to check the NOC Code list for intake ? I am NoC Code 2171. Can someone please guide on this...

Regards,
Tanisha.

Hi Tanisha,

"You must have at least one year of work experience in the past 10 years related to your field of education or training and in a high skilled occupation in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Matrix level "A", "B" or "0" that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan."

2171 is accepted in the NOC list for intake. Even though it says regulated, you do not need licensing or certification for 2171 if you are working as a software developer.

Hope this information helps.

Firstly, 2171 (Information Systems Analysts and Consultants) is not regulated. Refer to the application guide please. http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/appguide-sk-express-entry

Secondly, if a occupation is regulated as per SINP, you will not get nomination unless you have the necessary licensing from the regulatory body mentioned by SINP.

Lastly, Software Developer NOC is different and does not fall under 2171.

I am losing my mind. I apologise. 2171 is not regulated. I was actually talking about 2173 since it is mentioned as regulated but does not require a certification for Software developers.

Once again apologies for the goof up. :'(

I applied for Saskatchewan Express Entry last evening, I submitted everything but forgot to attach my latest H1b approval, is there a way to edit the submitted application or I can only submit if they ask for additional info during review?

You cannot edit the application once submitted. Send an email with the attachment to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca. Quote your application number please.

I submitted my application on December 3 and it was changed to "In process" status on December 7. It was requested additional documents on December 10 and I sent it by email on December 18. Now my status is "Waiting On Applicant" and I have no idea how long it will take to have an answer.

Hi guys. My application's status is "Ineligible" and letter states that I haven't shown sufficient funds. No further information. Does it mean it is over or I can e-mail them updated information about statements from my home country which I just got?

sorry please re apply with the proper documents

Thanks man. Last question. If letter says that reason is "not enough money shown", is it the only one reason or once they saw there is not enough money proven they stopped to analyze the rest of application? Asking because proof of funds is right after personal information part.
