Applications have closed. You need to wait till they reopen.

@One_Topsy I have filled and attached all the forms necessary for SINP, I understand that I have to wait till its Open for submission again. However my question is that all forms are dated 10th Dec 2015, if SINP opens up in Jan 2016, can I go with the already uploaded forms? I understand that Ill have to upload a new POF statement from the bank but is there anything else that Ill have to submit that is latest?

I think it should be fine once the POF is updated and nothing has changed since you filled the forms.

Well so it's better to prepare these documents and apply again in next turn.

Translate you birth certificate in English and get attested by the certificate issuing authority, I don't know what country you are from. Or else attest from notry.
