Hmm
Step 2 is supposed to be settlement fund
Seems you have submitted your application without creating the settlement fund tab. There is supposed to be a place in step 1 to create the other screens you need.
I think you can only now send your POF documents as missing documents.

We received our application but unfortunately status is "Application Returned".

We are encourage to re-apply during next opening program depending upon intake thresholds

Reasons: Missing Document

1.) Code of Conduct - We already send via email to them but don't know why they include this doc as missing
2.) Proof of Transferrable Settlement Funds - We already send email to them and attached our CPF- Central Provident Funds Statement as my wife is PR from Singapore, so don't know why they also include this doc as missing and if this statement is applicable to them
3.) Spouse Additional Information - We realized our mistake as only the main applicant uploaded
4.) Spouse Schedule A Background Information - We realized our mistake as only the main applicant uploaded.

We hope this will information will help everyone as well.

We are a bit frustrated and we are hoping for the next program to open by next year.

If anyone can help us in information when next opening starts would be gladly appreciated.

Wow..sorry about that.
However, SINP has reported that they do not accept provident funds as POF. Please ensure you get another means of showing POF before applying next time

Birth Document ----> Sent it but was in Arabic language.
Passport ---> Sent the copy.
English/French Language Ability ---> I belive i privoided it.

Birth Document should be legally translated, do that and it email it

English/French Language Ability if you are not sure email it

Anywhere between immediately and 72 hrs. I think the time depends on CIC server. People have gotten at different times randomly. But it will come
