Yes, the test mail was by email, for oath instead of sending lots of attachments it was easy for them to just send by mail. (Family of 5).

Hey guys, I received test invitation by email for April 18th. My application was received Oct. 25, 2018. In Process: Feb. 15, 2018. Test invitation: Mar. 23, 2018. Test: April 18, 2018. Test is in Saskatoon but Regina is closer to where i live. Thanks

I am so sad. I called the call centre and the agent put me on a brief hold. Came back and said file is under process and they have 12 months from my application date to make a decision. I asked her that my online status says “Decision Made” and she said yes. I am confused. Online says DM but the agent is saying in process. I am going crazy beyond words.

same here in process since dec 11th still nothing , waiting for test. i called in today again to cic for status of my file , said still in process .

Don’t trust the agents, their answers are standard scripts"....one year......, you still have few days to be on April 5 list.

you willl be fine don’t worry, I guess they probably might send you the oath invitation tomorrow. That just how it usually goes. My friend got Ip for 4month, he could not bare the waiting and called Cic, cic told him that it tooks one year to process so my friend was frustrated but you know what, he got test invited the next day after the call.

I had to ask her if it’s DM or IP and she said “the officer has until October 2018 to make a decision on your file”. But online ecas says DM. I stopped asking her the question once I realized I am going round in circles. I will be super happy if I get the oath invite soon. Don’t care if it’s in October but as long as I get it soon I am happy. It’s the wait that is killing.

1. you can call another time. each agent handles the questions differently per my experience.
2. you had test invite email and there should have a local office email on the test invitation sent by your local office. Maybe you can email your local office for inquiry?

DM today on ECAS. No email yet. I wrote the test on 28 feb in regina.

Hi!

I was wondering if you received any Oath invite after you have your DM on your ecas? Three of my friends took their exams in Regina on Feb 27 and Feb 28, all of them got DM after a day or two. Just asking if you were invited for an Oath in Regina? My friends didn't get any email or invitation for the Oath for next week from March 26 to 29 oath ceremony in Regina. Do you have any idea why some where invited for the oath and others are not? I was only wondering if there could be in April (saskatoon) and May (regina) were there names be included in these upcoming oath soon. I hope everyone as well get their Oath, or those waiting for their test invite.
