No, app received 30th Oct, aor Dec 8th and in process Jan 23rd. And I've heard nothing since. I had hoped to be sitting test this month.

Just called CIC and was told my application was transferred to local office in Saskatoon on Mar 17, even ECAS shows "IP" on Feb 20. What a significant time it took on the way!
