Hello All,
I am going through the requirements of obtaining a PCC from the SFo embassy and the instructions are pretty vague. Honestly, I dont know why the instructions are different for each embassy

I live in Oregon and I am planning to apply via Mail. Here are my questions
1. Does the original passport need to be sent ? (Other embassies seem to explicitly mention this)
2. Does a copy of my visa need to be sent ? - The visa has expired and I am currently on status based on my EAD
I have a copy of my EAD and drivers license notarized. Not sure about any other documents that need to be attached.
I browsed through this forum a bit and did not seem to find an answer. Any help in this area is appreciated
