sample letter of not having OPTION C PRIN OUT or Taxation

I am new to Canada, I have no taxation from the government and I am sponsoring my son to come here now. any sample letter to excuse that I don't have any Taxation since it is one of the requirement in the supporting document. thank you so much

First of all do you satisfy Residency obligation. If so write a letter stating you have recently landed and didnt had any cra records . if you are employed
keep pay stubs . if you are not mention about it in same letter if possible say abt the savings back home

Keeping option C is a requirement but its not compulsory with regards to children
