Hi, My husband (Student) and I (OWP) sent our application (through our agent) last May 25 and got a refusal last June 23.

Reasons for refusal:
1. Not satisfied that we have sufficient funds. - we showed a total of 1.3M for a 1-yr program.
2. Travel history - we've been in and out of the country for the past years including a tourist visa from Australia
3. Purpose of Visit
4. Employment prospects in country of residence
5. Personal assets and financial status. - We showed a house and lot title and DTI certificate from my husband's business.

Our agent already requested for CAIPS.

I think the IELTS is required for the SDS pathway jud. Once you have filed an application sa regular stream, you cannot reapply again under the SDS coz that doesn't make sense.

Hi! Karon adlawa lang jud na approve akong application.
May 24 ko nag file. Paper application with upfront medical. Highly suggested jud when filing for your application do it yourself nalang. Wala ko nag agency and put importance lang jud sa SOP, Proof of Funds, then other documents should compliment ur SOP.
Anyway, basin naa ninyo sa Fanshawe, London Ontario mo skwela.

Hi! Nag submit di ay kog application sa VFS last june 15. Then naglink kog application just this week. Pero wa pa may update maski isa. Normal kaha ni? Hahaha. Kay daghan kog nakita mga 3rd week naa nay update sa ilang medical or something na status. Kulba man kaayo. Haha. But still, hoping for the best!

1. Maka affect ba ang age sa ako application, im 36 yrs old ,married and no kids?
2. Sa pag apply study permit better ba dungan mi ako bana na naa sa cebu karun ug apply sya OWP and ako SP and i sulti na muuli ko pinas after my course kay mu open ko learning center in partnership sa ako bestfriend for special kids and also to take care sa ako mama kay ako mama naa pa cebu and ako mga igsuon kay naa sa overseas tanan.Or better una ko n cebu sad sya para ma establish dyud uli ko,
3. Ako proof of funds nig apply kay joint savings acct with hubby kay 35K cad plus ako sister na nurse sa ireland ang mu support sa ako study with 30K CAD+++ and ako usa ka sister na naa sa calgary ang mu cover sa ako living expenses and house,ok ra kaha ni?
4. Naworried man gud ko kay ako work kay more on customer service, call center and service desk but nahan ko mutiwas sa Special education nako but d man kaayu nice and training sa cebu ni try ko n dili ok ang quality and diri sa singapore same ra cost sa canada but higher ang cost of living.
5. maka affect ba ang gap sa studies like 2011 pako niskul and wala pa dyud nako na complete and 2018 na intake ko kay cloase na 2017 intake?

Hello Guys, I really need your help very badly. I applied paper based last June 19, then just last Tuesday, July 18. I received my medical request form thru my linked Online Canadian visa application account on the new messages tab. I went to one of the accredited clinic in the Philippines, but according to them they cannot retrieved my profile/ information using the given IME no of the medical request form. According to them, they called the embassy and were advised that I have an upfront medical instead. Did anyone encountered this case? Is this ok, coz I am really afraid that my medicals will be misrouted. I need your inputs guys, thanks a lot!
