Do visa officers call the employers especially past employers?

I have this slight worries d ko cleared sa akong past employer kai n resign ko na wala ko kahuman sa akong 'bond' . But i have COE.

Will it affect the students visa approvAl? Thanks.

Nope, dili man lisud if you apply with your family. A lot of people do that here.
As for the documents, I don't really know what for family application. Try the Philippines thread kay naa didtoy nagapply with their families

1. Unsaon naku pag kahibaw kung ang program/course na aku kuhaon sa canada is approved ba sa VO, or haum ba siya sa akung degree nga nakuha diris Phil or sa akung current job ( i am a nurse by profession pero 1 year rku nag practise as nurse,currently ga work ko as Police Officer ug almost 6 years naku wd this job)
2. Kung kibali mo apply ko for admission sa akung prefferd skul unya ma kaluy-an sa ginoo mahatagan ko ug letter of acceptance,pwed raba nga next year na nga intake aku kuhaon? (ang school nag require sila na dapat by May 1 mkasubmit na ang applicant ug complete docs para sa admission,pero sa akung case May 13 paku nka pasched ug ielts exam.Kung makuha naku ang result probaly end of May na na pohon.apike na ang time kung mag process ko daun sa akung visa application tas ang start sa klase will be sa september na)
3. Planu naku iuban ang aku husband and baby pphon,saby kbali mi sa application ug sa paglarga pohon,kung kintanay pohon maaprove ang amung application,sabay naba sad ana ang OWP para sa akung bana ug work permit pud para sa aku as the principal applicant?

Untana matabangan ko nnyo seniors, last 2014 nag apply sad ko for Provincial Nominee Program,after 7 months naku ghulat ang reault, ineligible ghapon ko for them to nominate kay naa sila gpangta na wala naku mahatga,nagrequest ko for a sexond review per instruction napud sa akung employer kay naa man naghatag naku ug job offer.Per unfortunately,until today wa gyud koy balita bahin sa akung request/application.so this tume aku itry ang student visa, Mao dghan ko pangutana kay gusto naku masakto naku aku pag apply this time,kapoy bya sad maghulat for lole 3 tears tas negative ang result rmn gihapon. 1) Since nag-work ka for 6 years as a Police Officer, mas maayo nga mokuha ka ug related sa imo work. and you will have to make a good study plan para mas ma-explain nimo sa VO unsa imo plano after you get that degree.
2)Pwede ra man nag next year ka mustart, I don't think it will be a problem. Just let your school know when ka nga term mostart.
3) pwede ra nimo dad-on imo family and yes, you can apply together. Pero ikaw, since you are applying as student, student permit imoha, uban naman diha ang condition that you can work 20 hours a week.

Sure you can take 2 courses back to back, ok ra you can renew your student visa before it expires while you are here. Pwede ra jud. But Niagara? Mingaw didto

Salamat sa reply scorpio. Gamahay na nuon ko ni bayad ko sa WISE daun. Atol man gud to ng seminar sila sa cebu last janurary nya ga promo barato ilang app fee. Ni go rapud ko sa 1 year study. Karon paman gud ko nka kita ani nga forum. Mas daghn pko nkat.unan dri kysa sa akong councellor. lol

Anyway, gi pagama ko nila ron ug study plan, school comparison then Job offer pwd ra daw ko pgama sa ako gi workan na hotel before. If di ko ka apas for sept intake, sa january nalang ko ky murag while reading sa thread, daghan pjud ko angay hikayon na papers. Then bago ra diay ko nauli gikan US last yeAr Oct ky ng internship ko for one year. Ako concern ky wa mn ko ng work ron sukad nauli ko. Mana nko take sa ako IELTS last Feb. Ma question kaha ko ana? Or need ko mg apply2 nlng sa ron ug work while ga process for student visa? And also, Pwd ko nimo ma sendan sample sa SOP? Kwaan ra nko idea what to write. Thanks kaayo. ^^ hehe, WISE. Nag-consult sad ko diha before, pero na turn-off ko kay ang akong counsellor engots kaayo, simple question dili katubag. And they mislead you by saying nga one year program is enough. Wa jud ko nila ingni sa implications about PGWP, I had to learn that on my own. Grabe. Thank goodness, I had a very wise friend who told me to apply on my own, og timing sad nga nakakita ko ani nga forum.

Medyo apiki na ka for September intake kung wala pa ka kahikay sa imo papers. January intake is okay, pero tugnaw na na hehe.
If you were in the US for one year, you need to get an FBI certificate - so work on that now. it takes two months ra ba bag-o na nimo ma-receive kay sa FBI jud ka mangayo. Do it NOW.
I think you can pass without getting a job since dili pa man dako imo gap since your last job, but it's better to apply now sa, para employed ka when you file your application. Mas dali ijustify sa visa officer if you are employed. But only if your work is related to your prior work.

Sorry kaayo, I left my SOP file in my computer in the Philippines. Dili na nako siya malocate karon lol. Maybe someone else in the thread can send you a sample. Or just write something and I can edit it or make suggestions for you.

Hi guys naa nag apply sa inyo dra then gi pangayoan mo ug fbi clearance sa US. Nag intern man gud ko didto 12 mons . Nag submit ko application sa dec 14, 2016 . Then now g pangayo an ko.fbi clearance. naa naka try ninyo ani nga sitwasyon??

Hello trellevillamor, kmusta imong application? Karon rko kabasa sa imo post. Ng intern sad ko sa US for 1 year wa ko kabalo nga need diay na ang FPI clearance. Gi unsa nimo pag kuha? On the process pman nuon ko ron sa ako application. It's good to know ahead na required sad diay na. Thanks daan sa reply.

June 1st week is still okay to lodge your application. But make sure it is complete na jud para dili na madelay imo application

Work:
2 yrs plus local Cabin crew
2 years IELTS instructor

Married, no kids yet.
Husband will follow after my visa is approved
I have a lot I owned under my name

Husband will pay for my tuition fees kuno (works abroad since 2012 OFW)

Murag layo kaayo imo gikuha nga course from what you studied, and your experience. Not to scare you, but basin ingnon sa VO nga dili logical imo progression of studies hence he will not be convinced that you are a bonafide student. May I ask ngano mao na imo gipili nga course? Also, kung pabalikon ka sa Pilipinas after your studies, how will that further your career?
You have to answer both these questions convincingly, otherwise it's better to change your course.

Hmmm, please make sure that your course is eligible for a post graduate work permit, kay some courses baya in Sprott-Shaw dili pwede. Klaroha kay lisud na mugastos ug mahal

Lagi. Hahha ngraduate ko nursing pero na employed man dayon kos airline industry gud. didto nko na discover my love for an industry na public/customer relations.

Kuan public and global relations man gud and ganhan kog travelling kai tungod na discover nako na i love meeting people everyday and interacting with them pag work nako as flight attendant.

Ako ibutang na ig balik nko sa pinas mu apply ko as government diplomat to work under government para ma use nako ako global public relations or work for big companies as maybe global marketing chocho for their international clients.

Hi! I understand that your chosen course is what you love to do. Unfortunately, your work history won't support why you are taking this course, plus nurse ka by profession.
Bisan imo ibutang nga muapply ka as government diplomat pagbalik nimo, muingon gihapon ang VO nga kinsa man ang muhire nimo when you need stringent requirements for a diplomat profession.
Ako pa nimo, take an education course or general business course to get the visa. You can always shift courses when you get here. The most important thing for you now is to get that visa.
