Hai maayung adlaw sa tanan..pwede ko mangayu ug tabang?.ga apply ko sinp wth job offer last year palng,after 7 months nku hnulat for the result,ineligible dw ko for provncial nominee accrding sa sinp.nag try ko for a second review but until now wala pkuy narcv na result sa akung appeal.ngplanu ko mg apply ug student permit pero galibug ko wat to do first.unsa aku first step for sp?please guide me..salamat kaayu sa tanan.

Hi venice, oo tinuod na nga dili pwedi mag medical if ur on ur period. Mu ask mana ang sec sa doc when u book for the medical exam..

Hi psalm23, murag sila scorpio jud ang mas hanas sa info when it comes to ur question.. But i think most importantly kay unsa na course imo ganahan skwelahan and what school then u go from there..

yep, dili pwede kay macontaminate unya ang urinalysis especially. Usually they recommend one week after or before sa menstruation.

hi psalm_23. Sure you can apply for a student visa. I don't think your SINP application will affect it but unsa na may status ana? If you were ineligible, does that mean the application is not active anymore? Who is doing your appeal for you? (lawyer/agency/consultant?)

Anyway, the first thing that you need to do for student visa is to find a postgraduate course that will suit the degree that you finished here in the Philippines as well as your work experience. Can you give us an idea of your background?

Then you can look for an eligible school in Canada via the Designated Learning Institution list: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-institutions-list.asp

Salmat sa reply scorpio ug sa link na imu ghatag..mdjo dghan rba ni aku question ..about sa akung sinp in process pman nuon xa for 2nd review.kbali ang result nlang ana aku gihulat kung ila bajud idisapprove aku applcation or not..bahin sa student permit, kbali mag enroll sa ko una sa mga desgnated learning institution?ang pmaagi sa pag enroll is base rba pd sa pamaagi sa aku mapili na institution or nay form from cic na dapat gamiton?pla pd kha ka days usually ang letter of acceptancr moabot sa ato?

You might also have to take your IELTS first kay daghang schools mangayo sa imo score before ka nila hatagan og letter of acceptance.

Naa koy experience as a nurse for 1 year pero sa karon member ko sa pnp.4 years napd ko as police officer.ah so dapat mag ielts sa btaw ko no ,ang aku man gud previous ielts gtake ky genral training mn gud.diba dapat academic no basta sp.for now aku sa taawon ang dsgnated na institutions para maprepare unsa knahanglan na docs, tas take ielts,.tama no..salmat kaayu scorpio,.daku kau ka na tabang.

"Course mismatch" is one of the common reasons for visa denial gud. You have to convince him that you will willingly come back to the Philippines after your studies (bisan tanan baya ta intention to migrate ), so i-explain nimo sa imo Statement of Purpose na. Why did you choose to be a police officer instead of being a nurse na lang? You can even say you want to serve your country etc., etc. and you're taking the course so that you can serve the country better when you come back.

Do this just for the visa, you can always change your degree and even your school after you are granted one na
