Hello,

I would be very greatful for some information. Well I have applied for my partner from russia under the common law partner visa we have already been approved by CIC ontairo and the application has been sent to moscow 3 months ago. We have not heard a single word from there except the AOR letter which says 6 months more or less. Well 3 months in and no word is this a good sign or bad ? Does anyone know how busy is the moscow embassy do they usually take 6 months or less ? We are trying to book someplaces for our wedding and you must book well in advance. If you know something or have been through a similiar situation I would greatly appreciate some information. Thanks very much in advance.

wait 6 months according to Your letter which you have, if by that time You have not received any word from consulate, give them a call.
