Any one is having an update on this? So far I know that they are still selecting the communities. When they will be inviting the applications and crieteria?

What is known as of today

• There are no age restrictions
• Education and level fo English depend on the NOC you will select
• You will be able to apply under NOC which is lower or higher than your current one.

So let's say you are a Lawyer (NOC A) in your country you will be able to apply under Paralegal category (NOC B).

It is obvious that if you apply under NOC A or 0 the requirement for English language and education will be higher than if you apply under NOC C or D.

The soonest some of the provinces will start accepting applicants is 1 November 2019, with others expected to start the process in the following months.

Very strange program. From 1 November some cummunities should start accepting applications, but no information available yet.
