Called IRCC today and noticed that my file transferred to RROC
Below are my timeline:
EE-CEC inland with 1 dependant

AOR: June.9th
Bil & Med pass: July.14th (at this time point, my file was in Sydney)
1st GU: July.15th
2nd GU: July.21st - BG status: processing
Called IRCC: July.22nd (at this time point, my file transferred to OSC - Ottawa)

• Criminality - Passed
• Eligibility - Passed
• Info Sharing & Security - Not start yet

Called IRCC: July.27th

• Criminality - Passed
• Eligibility - Passes
• Info Sharing - In Processing
• Security - Not start yet
• Visa office updated to RROC

3rd GU today and receive portal email. VO change to Calgary.

It is totally an unclear process. It changes from application to application. Have you ever received GU or no GU so far but still everything passed and only security left.

HI All

After 2 months I got an ghost update on July 21st. I was hoping that I pass the criminality. However I call Ircc today and they said there is no update, last update was on March 31st and after that the agent is not able to find the update. Currently as per them the last update was on march 31st which were
as follow

Eligibility:- Passed
Criminality:- In progress
Security:- Not started
Info sharing:- Passed

Visa office:- RROC

Its been 4 months for me then still waiting. Will complete 5 months soon .

My question is why there was an update while nothing change. Is that possible that the officer just open the file to drop it on hold for another 2 months. MY AOR is 17 March 2021. Its been really frustating and i have loosing my control on my mind due to there process.

1. 2021-05-21 AOR
2. 2021-06-16 MEP passed & BIO completed
3. 2021-07-14 CALLED IRCC: eligibility pass, background check not started yet (VO-RROC)
4. 2021-07-29 CALLED IRCC: eligibility pass, background check not started yet (VO-RROC)
5. 2021-08-05 PR portal and PR portal credentials email - replied same day (VO-Vancouver) - NO GU, NO UPDATES BEFORE PORTAL
6. 2021-08-06 ECOPR (77 days from AOR)
