I am in same boat, everything is passed and file is with RROC. haven't heard back anything from them.

Now wait for decision...........

Your case will be transferred very soon to the local visa office where an officer will send you PR portal and finalize your case

2 GU - 22nd June - Info Sharing Passed
Security - In process
Criminality - Not Started
VO- Ottawa, Sydney
Client Portal Email - 7 July 2021, from Vancouver Visa Office

Till last week my criminality was not even started & security was in progress. So keep the spirits up guys, everyone will be getting Emails soon.
