Anyone got a golden email.
My AOR 4 April. Yesterday I called IRCC the agent told me everything pass .VO RROC.
Does anyone have any idea when I will get an email?

(Everything passed, security not started) aor Feb 17

Is it a sign that security started or completed?

No ghost update for previous stages, no additional documents requested

May I know how to contact RROC office via email.
As per my last GCMS, my primary office is RROC and secondary is New Delhi as my dependents were outland.
Now they too joined me in Canada and we all are inland. My spouse already raised a webform to update the current entry but no luck so far.
Please advise how to proceed now.

You cannot contact VOs directly. Just send a webform and that is it.
