Hi all,

I just receive my AOR and request for RPRF

We are 4 in tha family, I am the principal applicant, my spouse and 2 kids below 21
Am I going to pay $490 or P21000 for all of us or P42,000 (21K each for me and my spouse) as payment for the RPRF.

I need your advise...Please help...

You need to pay $490 for yourself and $490 for your spouse. Dependent children are not required to pay the RPRF.
